ようやくバイナンスから第5回IEOのHarmony (ONE）についてスケジュールや買い方の発表がありました。
この記事では買い方やスケジュールについて簡潔に書いて行きます。
過去4回のIEOは全て完売＆価格上昇でしたので今回も要チェックです。（投資は自己判断で）
Harmonyの発売は前回同様に宝くじ方式
第四回のIEO「MATIC」で好評だったのか、今回もほとんど同じ手順になっています。
スケジュールをざっくりと
2019/05/19 23:59:59まで（UTC）日本時間ー5/20 8時まで
バイナンスサイトのバナーから登録とIEO参加の承認をする。
同時にBNBの残高記録が始まり7日間毎日23:59:59（UTC）に記録される。
2019/05/26 23:59:59（UTC）日本時間ー5/27 8時
宝くじの枚数を決めるBNB残高が確定される。
2019/05/27 06:00（UTC）日本時間ー5/27 14時
宝くじの請求をここから24時間以内に。
トークン購入契約書に署名することもできます。
2019/05/28 06:00（UTC）日本時間ー5/28 14時
チケット請求確定、抽選開始。
2019/05/28 08:00（UTC）日本時間ー5/28 16時
当選した宝くじが発表され、当選ユーザーは自分のアカウントから当選分のBNBが差し引かれます。
保有平均のBNBに合わせて、もらえる宝くじの枚数も変わります。
とりあえず1枚貰うためには平均50BNBが必須、500BNB以上で5枚貰えます。

一言で言うと「代替トークン市場を構築」の為にゼロ知識証明を使いProof-of-Stakeシステムで回すって事でしょうか。まだ不透明な所がたくさんです。

Binance is excited to announce the next project on Binance Launchpad - Harmony (ONE). The Harmony token sale will also follow a lottery format, with the recording of user BNB balances starting at 2019/05/19 23:59:59 (UTC).
We have made two changes to the lottery rules for this session:
- We will now calculate the average BNB holdings on each account over the holding period. This is calculated as the average of your BNB balance at 23:59:59 (UTC) each day in the 7-day period. An example of this calculation is provided further below.
- Users are now able to sign the Token Purchase Agreement at any time up until the end of the ticket claim period.
Please ensure that you follow the timeline further down below carefully if you wish to participate.
Token Sale Details:
- Launchpad Session Time: 2019/05/27 06:00 AM (UTC) to 2019/05/29 08:00 AM (UTC). Recording of BNB balances starts at 2019/05/19 23:59:59 (UTC).
- Token Name: Harmony (ONE)
- Hard Cap: 5,000,000 USD
- Total Token Supply: 12,600,000,000 ONE
- Total Tokens Allocated to Binance Launchpad: 1,575,000,000 ONE (12.5% of Total Token Supply)
- Public Sale Token Price: 1 ONE = 0.003175 USD (price in BNB will be determined on the lottery draw date)
- Token Sale Format: Lottery
- Max Number of Winning Lottery Tickets: 16,666
- Allocation Per Winning Ticket: 300 USD (94,488.18 ONE)
- Supported Sessions: BNB only
- Harmony (ONE) will be issued on Binance Chain as a BEP2 asset.
Lottery Timeline:
- From now until 2019/05/19 23:59:59 (UTC): Users can begin depositing or purchasing BNB into your account. Users may also begin signing the Token Purchase Agreement.
- 2019/05/19 23:59:59 (UTC): User BNB balances start to be recorded at this time, and will continue to be recorded at 23:59:59 (UTC) each day for another 7 days.
- 2019/05/26 23:59:59 (UTC): Final BNB balances in user accounts are recorded to determine eligibility to claim lottery tickets.
- 2019/05/27 06:00 (UTC): Ticket claim opens for all eligible users for a 24 hour period. Users can also sign the Token Purchase Agreement during this time.
- 2019/05/28 06:00 (UTC): Ticket claim closes and the lottery draw begins.
- 2019/05/28 08:00 (UTC): Winning tickets are announced and the respective BNB will be deducted from the winning users’ accounts. Please ensure you have sufficient BNB in your account to be deducted within 24 hours if you have a winning ticket.
